I like it clean NOT cleaning it!!

Who doesn't like spotless, dirt-free home where each thing is kept in its place, i do too. What I do not like though is the irony that it gets messed up so soon again. When I start the cleanliness drive, I only stop when everything is perfect. every-thing! Today, while Amit was away for some work, my fingers were itching to move the furniture around. To see if we can have any other setting and in the process the dirt in far-off corners would also be attacked upon.

So when I was done, I really liked the look and feel. Its interesting how you can achieve extra space just by moving things here and there.

With the rugs, the floor in the sitting area ended up looking like its set of a satyanarayan pooja in the evening..

PS: no, we are not having any such pooja tonight! Mention of newly created extra space is but ofcourse a cue to get a bean bag or two :) if someone's reading this too..

Bean Bagssssss.... This is all I do when I go to India, plonk myself on the bag, with a book in hand, feet up on the chair and the TV on in front of me regardless of what's playing.

Ok, lets not digress - What was your post about? Cleaning? What's that?

Beanbag, Orchids nd a book. Add a pitcher of Margrita with a glass and we are set, Tara. :)

Sending you Dove this friendship day. :)

I did some furniture moving at home too recently and there's no doubt it makes space or creates a newer look!

Very pretty picture...

@Swaram: same pinch to u too :) n hey, hope ganesh ji blesses u couple with the best of his blessings.

@Prashanti: ya bean bags are the best thing for the lazy soul in me. you are invited any day. till i get mine, i will borrow one from the neighbor for u so no worries :P

@Mridula: oh yes! everything takes a back seat when its blog time :) more of reading than writing, for me. have a nice time you too dear, that bean bag was from google. i wont ever opt for white color.

@Enchanted: good luck with your orchids enchanted. guess you missed that note. pic is from google so neither the bag, book, orchids and nor the setting is mine. but yes, seems like i picked a nice image :)

@BK Chowlaji: you are right. festival cleaning was such fun in childhood but the regular ones are so boring.. regarding the shade of bean bag, i think it will catch dirt v soon.. however good it looks!

@Dhiren: Even if he has read, he is pretending otherwise :O Thanks for the f'ship wishes :) I wished u right back that day right? n then sent some more wishes later on.. Hope u having a great time vacationing.

@Passionate Goof: thanks for being an understanding friend:) friendship wishes to you too sweety.

@Rakesh: Bean Bagssssss.... you know all our furniture in india was like this only. ek baar baith gaye to uthne ka man hi na kare.. kinds.
and cleaning.. while u say whats that i would like to hope ur wife would only smile at such remark of yours :)

@Solilo: Thats a lovely suggestion my dear. u would find me doing exactly that in v near future :) and add that dove perched on my shoulder,.. Thank you again for sending it my way :)

@Masood: now that is entirely different line of thought... and i so agree with u :D (the second one, not the one abt solz. ok? )

@mandira: "i love re-arranging rooms! u get them cleaned thoroughly that way.. plus once re-set it all looks new!:D its hard work, but worth it! "
exactly my thoughts when i get into it. lets say "great minds,...."

@partywithneha: ha ha ha.. i do resemble her a teeny weeny bit but just that much.. now tell me u likee monica or hated her, in friends :P

@IHM: Thanks IHM, picture is courtesy google.. and same pinch for being doing the furniture rearranging at around the same time :) I am liking the new setup quite a lot.
